Here at Laura Felicity we want to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase, and the process of buying to receiving your product is easy and hassle free. If you have any queries, questions or complaints, please do not hesitate to get in contact at [email protected].

Pricing

All pricing shown at www.laurafelicity.co.uk is in Pound Sterling (GBP). The pricing of Laura Felicity’s products may vary from other stockists.

Products from www.laurafelicity.co.uk can be ordered via the online shop, email or telephone. We accept PayPal, online payments and BACS transfers. Purchased orders will be dispatched once the payment has been received and cleared.

All information regarding payment is stated in a confirmation statement of pay once your order has been placed.

All screen printed and bespoke wallpaper is priced individually per project, and varies accordingly to each client. All pricing is agreed and signed off with each client before their project begins, along with a payment agreement scheme.

Delivery

Delivery is free of charge to the UK for all wallpaper samples.

Delivery costs apply for all other products. If ordering through Laura Felicity’s online shop the total delivery amount will be calculated at the Checkout stage.

Orders placed via email will receive confirmation via an emailed invoice with a summary of the purchase, delivery cost, and the overall total.

For purchases both online or email, customers will receive a confirmation email and invoice stating the delivery dispatch date.

Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the purchase, and may vary accordingly when dispatching Overseas.

Delivery is made through Royal Mail or a registered courier, depending on your product order. The purchase will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. To avoid any incorrect or delayed postage, please ensure all your address details are correct. Laura Felicity does not take any responsibility for any lost, incorrectly addressed, or delayed purchases.

Before purchases are sent out, at Laura Felicity we check thoroughly to make sure every order is in 100% perfect condition. If, when the goods arrive, the product seems damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving. Laura Felicity cannot be held responsible for any products that are faulty or damaged after these 48 hours or during delivery.

Lead Times

All wallpaper samples are dispatched between 3-5 working days.

(Due to the time to make each product) lead times are 1-2 weeks for standard items, if they are not in stock.

Laura Felicity’s screen printed and bespoke wallpapers are made to order and therefore have a 15-20 working day window. This may differ depending on the size of the order and what the order entails, which is discussed with individual clients as part of their wallpaper project consultation/s.

Depending on the size of the order, the time scale of making and delivering may vary. However, if there is an urgent requirement for an order, we will do everything we can to meet your order needs. We ask from the customer to let Laura Felicity know prior to ordering and check our current lead time.

Overseas orders are accepted and delivery charges will be quoted upon receipt of your order. Charges may vary and will be added onto the confirmation email once the purchase order has been made.  Please contact us for a quote in advance of placing your order.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the goods in its original packaging within 30 days from the date on the delivery note. Please state the reason for return. Laura Felicity will issue you with a full refund for the purchase price or exchange if required.

The return address will be on the delivery note. All items must be returned with a proof of postage requirement.

All products must not be returned without prior arrangement. Refunds are strictly limited to the replacement of defected goods.

If you have purchased wallpaper, please check for any faults before hanging. If a fault is found please contact [email protected], or telephone (0) +447835 200005.

Laura Felicity cannot be held responsible for any faults found during the hanging of wallpaper and will not accept refunds or exchanges after this process has begun.

Damaged wallpaper during installation is exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Defected Goods

Defected goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.  If your goods are faulty on delivery, you are entitled to a refund or exchange provided you have contacted Laura Felicity via email or telephone, and we agree for the goods to be returned.

All goods should be returned in its original packaging and securely sealed within 30 days for a full refund.  All items must be returned with a proof of postage requirement.

Product Description

All information and photographs contained at www.laurafelicity.co.uk, or any other given information we dispatch are approximate.

Before purchasing any of Laura Felicity’s wallpaper, it is advised to purchase a wallpaper colour sample to ensure the colour is right for you, which are available to purchase from the online shop.

The majority of Laura Felicity’s wallpapers are hand printed, therefore slight alterations of colours and dimensions may occur. Colours are mixed up and dimensions are measured to be as accurate as possible, to that of the displayed item. However the product the customer receives may not be a 100% match to the product pictured or sample provided.

Bespoke Commissions

All of Laura Felicity’s pattern designs can be made to the customer’s specification.  Bespoke patterns can also be designed and specific colours can be made for individual clients. To discuss a commission please get in contact for advice and a quote.  Additional terms and conditions apply for bespoke wallpaper commissions.

Copyright ownership for all bespoke designs and bespoke colourways remain with Laura Milligan, Creative director of Laura Felicity, unless agreed otherwise independently with the client.  This entitles Laura Felicity to exclusive rights of the bespoke colours and patterns.

Privacy

Laura Felicity is committed to your privacy needs and is fully compliant to GDPR requirements. We do not keep any card details; only records of invoices and statements of pay. At Laura Felicity we do not disclose any information to third parties, including information received from our mailing list.

Duties and Taxes

All goods are the purchaser’s responsibility in terms of any duties and/or taxes at the point of entry into the designated country. Laura Felicity does not accept any responsibility for any delay in clearing products at customs.
